Laura Halls is a Pilates instructor and personal trainer based in Sydney, Australia.
Pilates became Laura’s way of life at the mere age of just ten after she was diagnosed with Scoliosis. With the help of Pilates, Laura was able to recover from her condition, which ignited her passion and determination to help other women feel their strongest.
